Bear Den is our most historic cottage. It includes; a full kitchen, living room, and two bedrooms that will accommodate up to 8 guests.
There are two full beds and two sets of single bunks
-Nightly base rate begins at $199/night and includes up to 2 guests.
-Any additional adults are $25/night - $15/night for additional children (18 & under).
-Price does not include 9% Maine Lodging Tax.
-2 night minimum on weekends during peak seasons (call if you are interested in 1 night and we will try our best to accommodate you).
-A non-refundable 50% deposit is due upon booking.
-Pets are WELCOME but need to be leashed at ALL TIMES - $25/night per pets. A maximum of 3 pets per unit.
