Baxters Place is our most recent addition to our cottages. It has three bedrooms + a semi-private fourth room and two bathrooms that will accommodate up to 8 guests. There is one king bed, two queens, and two singles. (Satellite TV)
-Nightly base rate begins at $349/night and includes up to 4 guests.
-Any additional adults are $25/night - $15/night for additional children (18 & under).
-Price does not include the 9% Maine Lodging Tax.
-2 night minimum on weekends during peak seasons (call if you are interested in 1 night and we will try our best to accommodate you).
-A non-refundable 50% deposit is due upon booking.
-Pets are WELCOME but need to be leashed at ALL TIMES - $25/night per pet. A maximum of 3 pets per unit.
